Browned and juicy lumps of meat with potato, bell pepper and red onion seasoned with a special marinade of unusual ingredients. Such a meal will come to the taste of the most demanding foodies. And last but not least, roasted pork with vegetables is easy and drama-free cooked. ✅ Ingredients: • pork tenderloin or neck – 1,3 lb / 600 g • bell peppers of different color – 10 oz / 300 g • red onion – 10 oz / 300 g • cheese for frying – 12 oz / 350 g • small potatoes – 1,1 lb / 500 g • olive oil – ¼ cup / 60 ml • dried parsley – 1 tbsp • dried thyme – 1 tbsp • dried oregano – 1 tbsp • chopped garlic – 4 cloves • 1 lemon zest • mustard – 1 tsp • salt – 1,5 tsp • pepper – 1 tsp ✅ You will need: • baking tray 11*15 in / 30*40 cm • big bowl • oven • carving board 📙 Preparation: 1. Cut the pork into average cutlets. 2. In a big bowl combine all the marinade ingredients. 3. Cut the onion and sweet pepper into medium dices, cheese into small dices, halve the potatoes or into four pieces, not small. 4. Lay the vegetables and pork lumps onto the baking tray, pour with the marinade and stir. 5. Top with the cheese dices. 6. Preheat oven to 350°F /180°C and roast the pork with vegetables for 30-35 minutes until potatoes’ readiness. ✔︎ Advices: 1. First prepare all the products listed. Wash and dry vegetables.
