You've heard me talk about cruciferous crunch and here's a quick step-by-step video on how to make it in your food processor. All you need is carrots and cabbage for sure, and I add in Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and shredded broccoli stems. Use it in tofu scrambles, on salads, in stir drys - even in your smoothies!
