Today, we're making Vietnamese lemongrass chicken skewers, a delicious and healthy recipe packed with incredible aroma and flavor. Lemongrass 1 small stick (I use frozen) 3. Kaffir lime leaves 5 (I used dry) 4. Garlic clove 1 large, or a few small 5. Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp 6. Paprika powder 1/2 Tsp 7. Corn starch 1 Tsp 8. Brown sugar 1 Tbsp 9. Salt 1/2 Tsp 10. Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp 11. Black pepper 1/4 Tsp, ground 12. 500g of Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces. 13. Oil, to grease the pan 14. Honey 1 Tsp 15. Hoisin sauce 1/2 Tsp šŸ“ INSTRUCTIONS 1. Soak bamboo skewers in water 2. Add green onion, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic clove, turmeric powder, paprika powder, corn starch, brown sugar, salt, fish Sauce, black pepper into the grinder and finely grind, set aside. 3. Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs, into bite size pieces. 4.Transfer into a bowl 5. Add the ground paste and combine well. 6. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge. 7.Take out the soaked bamboo skewers. 8. Dry the skewers with a kitchen towel. 9. Open the bowl after 30 minutes 10. Thread the marinated chicken on the skewers. 11. Heat the pan and grease it with oil 12. Place the chicken on the pan 13. Cook for 6~7 minutes 14. Flip sides and cook for another 6~7 minutes 15. Meanwhile, combine 1 Tsp of Honey with 1/2 Tsp of Hoisin sauce 16. Spread the Honey-Sauce mix over the chicken 17. Flip once again and cook for 3~4 minutes 18. Spread the Honey-Sauce mix over the chicken 19.
