Pizza Estiva is one of my favourites Pizzas for this Summer. I hope you will enjoy making it at home. INGREDIENTS (3 Pizzas) For the pizza dough a short leavening 500 g. made with flour 300 ml of water 12 g of brewer's yeast 15 g. of salt 3 tablespoons of oil For the filling 300 g. of buffalo mozzarella or fresh mozzarella 300 g. of cherry tomatoes 2 bunches of rocket extra virgin olive oil The exact amount of recipients depends on how much and how you prefer to fill it.
