Microwave cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl for 10 second, until the cream cheese is soft and melty. Stir in 1 egg, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano and salt until well combined. 2. Thaw the frozen spinach. Using your hands, squeeze spinach until dry, forcing out as much water as possible (too much water will make for a soggy filling). Mix spinach with feta cheese and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. 3. Pour the spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stir until well combined. Add minced onion to the mix and keep aside. 4. Spray standard muffin tins with nonstick spray and keep aside. 5. Unfold the sheet of pastry and lightly roll. Cut the pastry sheet into 9 even squares. Place a square in each muffin cup, pressing into bottom and up sides and leaving corners pointing up. Divide filling among cups. Fold pastry over filling, pressing corners together to meet in center. 6. In a small bowl, beat the egg to make an egg wash and brush it over the tops of the pastry cups. 7. Preheat oven to 400° F. Bake until puffs are golden brown and puffed, about 20-22 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack, let puffs cool in pan for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! Recipe Notes Here I made 12 puffs. With 1 sheet you can make 9 puffs. You could make total of 18 puffs with this filling. My sheets were little big so I added more fillings in it.
