Serving Size: 4 Nachos/ Tortilla Chips Maize Flour: 1 cup Wheat Flour: 1/2 cup Corn Starch: 2 Tbsp (Or Maida/ All Purpose Flour: 2 Tbsp) Salt: As Per Taste Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp Warm Water: 1/2 cup (as required) Oil: 1 Tbsp (for kneading) Oil for Deep Fry Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1/4 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder: 1/4 tsp Black pepper Powder: 1/4 tsp Pink Salt: 1/4 tsp Tomato Salsa: Tomatoes: 3 (Ripe, Medium Size) Jalapeño: 1 Garlic Cloves: 2 Onion: 2 Tbsp (finely chopped) Coriander leaves: 1 Tbsp (finely chopped) Salt: As Per Taste Mustard Oil / Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp (optional) Guacamole: Ripe Avocado: 3 Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion: 2 Tbsp Tomato: 1 (Firm, De-seeded) Jalapeño: 1 Salt: As Per Taste Roasted Jeera Powder: 1/2 tsp Few Tips: 1. Use warm water to knead Tortilla dough and rest for 30 minutes before rolling. 2. For Baked Tortilla Chips: Add pinch of Baking Soda while kneading the dough to get soft and crispy chips and Preheat Oven at 350degF or 180degC for 10 minutes, Bake each side for 10-12 minutes until each side turns golden brown.
