Recipe: Enmoladas recipe using your choice of mole brand: from Northgate Market or Tecampana, Teloloapan, Guerrero Prepare mole per instructions. Fry corn tortilla for a few minutes. Dip tortilla into prepared mole sauce, place on a dish and stuff with queso fresco. Fold seam down. Repeat. Top with mole sauce and sprinkle more queso fresco on top.
