Video Description

Other than melting some butter, this creamy dessert requires no cooking. INGREDIENTS BOTTOM 9 whole Graham crackers 1/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp Amaretto 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/4 cup melted butter TOP 8 oz (230g) cream cheese, room temp 1/3 cup icing sugar 3 tbsp Amaretto 1/2 tsp almond extract 3/4 cup heavy cream (35%) DIRECTIONS BOTTOM 1. Crumble crackers. Add crackers and sugar to food processor and reduce to crumbs. 2. With processor running, slowly pour in Amaretto and almond extract. 3. With processor running, slowly pour in melted butter. 4. Divide mixture among four cups. TOP 1. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese. 2. Cream in the icing sugar. 3. Cream in the Amaretto and almond extract. 4. Add the heavy cream and beat with an electric mixer until thickened. 5. Spoon mix over Graham cracker layer and chill cups for an hour or more.
