Incredibly delicious packed with flavour, creamy seasoned smothered shrimp. #howto #shrimp #how INGREDIENTS : 250 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 tbsp cajun seasoning 1 tbsp cooking oil 100 grams butter 1/4 cup plain flour 1 shallot or onion, minced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1 stalk celery, diced 1/4 tsp thyme 2 cups chicken stock/broth 1 large tomato, diced 1-2 bay leaves 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste 3 stalk spring onion, chopped 2 tbsp parsley, chopped 1/2 lemon juice.
