#Fettuccine #Ricotta Ingredients 1/2 lb Fettuccine 1 lb whole milk ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp black pepper pinch of salt 3/4 cup reserved pasta water before straining pasta Cook pasta according to directions on package. To prepare sauce- In another pot, combine ricotta,half of grated cheese, salt and pepper, and half of parsley and reserved pasta water. Mix and warm sauce. When pasta is finished cooking drain and return pasta to pot. Pour sauce on top of pasta and mix well. Add more cheese and parsley when served. ENJOY!
