Shogayaki is a Japanese dish of sautéed pork marinated with ginger. It’s a great dish to eat as lunch with some stir fried vegetables and crispy shredded cabbage. In this recipe learn the basic marinade and method to make this easy and delicious sauté. I will also top with the Japanese herb, shiso, to give a nice floral note to the finished dish.
