Methi Oats Thepla a completely nourishing breakfast that will keep you active through the day. These oats Theplas are healthy, filling and provide you with slow release of energy that you need. Ingredients you need to make these methi oats Thepla :- 1 cup quick oats flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup besan/ chickpeas flour 1 cup chopped Methi/fresh fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp oil 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 4 tsp curd/yogurt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Water to make the dough Method to make the methi oats Thepla 1. Wash and chop fresh Methi Leaves 2. Take 1 cup quick oats and grind them to make oats flour. 3. In a large bowl mix oats flour, whole wheat flour, besan, curd, Cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, oil and salt now use some water and combine to make a dough. 4. Make round ball from the dough and roll them using a rolling pin. 4. Heat a tava and put the rolled oats Thepla on it. Press and cook from both side to crisp. 5. Serve these oats Theplas with mango pickle, Chutney or curd. Like normal Theplas These methi oats Theplas are also a perfect food to be taken when you are travelling long distances.
