Ingredients you need to make these methi oats Thepla :- 1 cup quick oats flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup besan/ chickpeas flour 1 cup chopped Methi/fresh fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp oil 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 4 tsp curd/yogurt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Water to make the dough Method to make the methi oats Thepla 1. Wash and chop fresh Methi Leaves 2. Take 1 cup quick oats and grind them to make oats flour. 3. In a large bowl mix oats flour, whole wheat flour, besan, curd, Cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, oil and salt now use some water and combine to make a dough. 4. Make round ball from the dough and roll them using a rolling pin. 4. Heat a tava and put the rolled oats Thepla on it. Press and cook from both side to crisp. 5.
