  • garlic

  • cumin seeds
  • coriander powder
  • garam masala
  • salt
  • fresh cilantro
  • lemon juice
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all-purpose flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2Add water gradually and knead until smooth.
  3. 3Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5Sauté cumin seeds until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. 6Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chilies; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. 8Add ground meat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  9. 9Mix in coriander powder, garam masala, and salt; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. 10Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro and lemon juice.
  11. 11Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
  12. 12Cut each circle in half to form two semi-circles.
  13. 13Form a cone with each semi-circle and seal the edge with water.
  14. 14Fill the cone with the meat mixture and seal the top edge.
  15. 15Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.
  16. 16Fry the samosas until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
