Ground Beef 4 Carb Counter or Regular Tortillas 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper 1/4 Cup Taco Seasoning (I use Spice Island from Costco or Amazon) 1/4 Cup Salsa (I use Casa Mamita from Aldi) Salsa Con Queso (I use Casa Mamita from Aldi) 1-2 TBsp Water Sour Cream Avocado Mash or Guacamole Directions Brown ground beef in a skillet and add a little bit of taco seasoning (I like to season my meat a little even though I drain the excess grease). Drain the excess grease and add the onions, peppers, taco seasoning, and salsa. Cook until the peppers and onions are soft. Layout a tortilla and spread a layer of con queso on the tortilla. Add meat mixture and roll into a burrito. In a clean skillet over medium heat toast the wraps on all sides. I like to add sour cream and avocado mash, but you can add your favorite toppings.
