How To Make Japanese Roast Beef Wraps With Mission® Classic Tortillas Makes 4 wraps INGREDIENTS: 4 Mission® Garden Spinach Wraps: https://www.missionfoods.com/products/garden-spinach-wraps/ ¼ cup mayonnaise ½ tsp. wasabi paste 1 lb. deli sliced rare roast beef 1 cup julienne cut carrots 1 cup julienne cut cucumber 2 cups packed baby arugula DIRECTIONS: In small bowl combine mayonnaise and wasabi paste. To assemble wrap: Over one tortilla spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture. In center of wrap place 4 ounces roast beef, 1/4 cup carrot, 1/4 cup cucumber and 1/2 cup arugula. Starting on one side, roll up and cut in half. Repeat with remaining wraps and ingredients.
