Video Description

Check out the video to learn how to make the best chicken sandwich made. Recipe: Ingredients: - Chicken Breast - Brioche Buns - Pickles Brine: 1 Gallon of Water 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Salt Breading: 4 cups of Flour 1-2 TBSP Colden's Freaking Greek 1-2 TBSP Durty Gurl Bloody Mary Rub 1-2 TBSP Ben's Heffer Dust Sauce: 1/4 Cup Mayo 1 TBSP Ben's Heffer Dust 1 TBSP Durty Gurl Bloody Mary Rub 1 TBSP Colden's Freaking Greek 1 TBSP Pickle Juice Instructions: 1. Get your chicken breast, if they are thick, slice them in half. 2. Tenderize your chicken to even them out thickness wise. 3. Make your brine. Add water. Then equal parts sugar and salt. 4. Let your chicken rest in the brine and add 3-4 cups of ice to the top. Let it sit for 30-45 minutes. It's okay if you want it to sit longer. 5. Make your breading by adding the ingredients and mix it together. 6. Once the chicken is ready, pull it out of brine and shake off any excess brine. 7. Then put chicken in breading. Let chicken set in breading so that it sticks for 5-10 minutes. 8. Set recteq to 465°F. You want your oil to be 350°F. The reason we have grill at higher temp is because when you put your chicken in, it will lower oil to correct temp. 9. Looking for a 165°F internal temp of the chicken. 10. Once chicken comes out. While it's still hot season your chicken with Colden's freaking Greek and Ben's Heffer Dust. 11. Make sauce. Take your mayo, Colden's Freaking Greek, Ben's Heffer Dust, and Durty Gurl Bloody Mary Rub and mix. 12. Let's build the sandwich. Take your brioche buns and put sauce on both of them. Add pickles and then add your chicken breast. 13. Enjoy!
