Cut 8 equal pieces out of the entire block of milk 6) With each piece of milk, coat them thoroughly in the flour, followed by the egg then the panko. Transfer them onto a plate until all the pieces are coated evenly throughout 7) Spray a thin layer of oil into the air fryer basket. Transfer the 8 milk pieces into the basket, ensuring they do not overlap or are placed too close together, then spray the surface of the milk with a light coating of cooking oil 8) Air fry at 320°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure the other side is also coated with a thin coating of cooking oil. (Keep in mind that times and temperatures may vary depending on the make and model of your air fryer. Please adjust accordingly) 9) Plate and enjoy!
