Video Description

Dumpling Bake 13.5 fluid ounce can coconut milk full fat 1-3 tablespoons Thai red curry paste*, depending on spice level 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 4-5 bunches bok choy or fresh spinach, chopped 20-24 frozen dumplings 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped 1/2 cup green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1-2 tablespoons chili crisp, optional *I used roasted red chili paste. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a 9 x 9 baking dish, add coconut milk, red curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Whisk until everything is combined. Spread the bok choy or spinach evenly across the baking dish. Add the frozen dumplings to the baking dish in a single layer. Then spoon some sauce over the dumplings. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes on the center rack. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the dumplings are tender. Remove from the oven, garnish with cilantro or parsley, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp if using. Serves 4 BetterWithBrigita@gmail.com Welcome to my channel.
