Sear in hot butter for 3-4 mins per side until internal temp hits 165°F. 2. Honey Garlic Glazed Carrots Ingredients: Baby carrots, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 clove garlic. Method: Boil carrots until tender (7 mins). Drain. Melt butter and garlic in the same pot, add honey, toss carrots back in to glaze. 3. "Fancy" Green Beans Ingredients: Fresh green beans, almonds/fried onions, lemon juice. Method: Steam beans in microwave (4 mins). Drain. Toss with olive oil, salt, lemon juice, and crunchy toppings. 4. 15-Minute Cranberry Sauce Ingredients: 12oz cranberries, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup orange juice. Method: Simmer all ingredients for 10-12 mins until berries pop and sauce thickens. 5. No-Bake Pumpkin Mousse Ingredients: 1 can pumpkin puree, 1 box vanilla pudding mix, 1 tub Cool Whip, pumpkin spice. Method: Whisk pumpkin and pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill and serve with crushed gingersnaps.
