For advert free extended videos, exclusive discord, early access to all videos, behind the scenes chat, polls, names in the video credits & more consider supporting here https://www.patreon.com/mrbarrylewis _Ingredients:_ *Melon Sago Dessert - sai mai lo (China)* Ingredients 500g Melon – sliced use a Hami, honey dew or cantaloupe 250ml evaporated milk Pinch salt For the sugar syrup 120ml water 70g sugar For the tapioca pearls 100g Tapioca pearls (small ones preferred) *Cod with horseradish & browned butter (Sweden)* Ingredients 2tbsp salt 1litre water 1 onion, peeled and sliced 2 carrots, peeled and sliced 20 black peppercorns 2 bay leaves 4 x 250g cod steaks or fillets (steaks ideally) Browned butter 180g butter, preferably unsalted Horesradish options 80g fresh horseradish, finely grated or 1tsp freshh ginger grated mixed with 3tbsp horsereadish sauce To serve Lemon wedges Freshly chopped dill *Meat in Peanut Sauce - Tiguadege Na (Mali)* 1kg chicken, but you can use lamb, beef, goat etc, sliced into cubes 2 onions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, diced 400g tin chopped tomatoes 1tbsp tomato puree 1Litre chicken stock 4tbsp smooth peanut butter 1tsp mixed herbs 2 carrots, peeled & cut into con shapes 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges 1 aubergine, sliced To serve Rice & more herbs #barrylewis #worldrecipes #randomrecipes
