Recipe: Ingredients -1 pound of ground beef -half an onion -6 gloves of garlic -1 handful of cilantro or parsley -1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili, garlic & cinnamon mix together & form little balls, grab the skewers and massage mixture from top to bottom. grill on skillet with some olive oil on medium high heat for about 6 minutes, then flip them around until everything is cooked throughout :) & there you have it!
