  • 4 medium oranges
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Cut the tops off the oranges and scoop out the flesh, leaving the skins intact. Set the empty skins aside.
  3. 3In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. 4Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. 5Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. 6In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. 7Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  8. 8Fold in the scooped orange flesh into the batter.
  9. 9Pour the batter into the hollowed-out orange skins, filling them about 3/4 full.
  10. 10Place the filled oranges upright in a muffin tin to keep them stable while baking.
  11. 11Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Instructions

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare a campfire or grill with medium heat.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper until well combined.
  3. 3Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4Place the patties on the grill or over the campfire and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. 5During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. 6While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns over the fire until golden brown.
  7. 7Assemble the cheeseburgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish to form a crust.
  4. 4Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  6. 6Add the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips, covering them completely.
  7. 7Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. 8Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
  9. 9Serve warm or at room temperature.
