Instructions

- 2Cut the tops off the oranges and scoop out the flesh, leaving the skins intact. Set the empty skins aside.
- 3In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 5Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- 6In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
