Welcome to my live cooking show at Gloria's Platter. Today's dinner is Meat, Vegetables and Noodles Platter. Noodles can be eaten with meat or vegetables or with both, so I am preparing the tastiest Noodles Platter just for my viewers, you the Platters:) Thank you for being here and please enjoy. Here are the ingredients used for the Meat, Vegetables Noodles Platter: 1 packet noodles (I used Sri Lankan Noodles) 1 c shredded carrots 2 T butter 100 g chicken, cut finely 2-3 sausages (I used pre-cooked chorizo) 1/2 of green bell pepper, diced 1/2 of red bell pepper, diced 2 T soy sauce 1 T tomato paste 10 green onions, cut 1/2 c green peas 1/2 t each garlic and ginger paste 4 strips bacon, cooked and cut finely 2 eggs 1 t black pepper 1/2 t red chili flakes Welcome to Gloria's Platter, the cooking channel!
