I found this beautiful round zucchini at the Hague Market and had to grab some! Today we will show you how to make these fantastic stuffed round zucchini with ground beef. An easy, quick recipe with healthy ingredients for everyday cooking. Zucchini stuffed with meat must be prepared in advance and allowed to cool at room temperature because they are even better when lukewarm. You can use the meat you prefer, if you use minced pork they are even tastier. Enjoy! Ingredients: (for 4 servings) - 4 Zucchini - 400 gr. Beef (pork or mixed) - 2 eggs - 40 gr grated Parmesan - 30 gr. Breadcrumbs - 1 onion (shallot) - 1 garlic clove (optional) - Salt and Pepper (To Taste) - Extra virgin olive oil - Vinegar Additional tip: * You can also put sausage, but that's not the case today * If the filling is hard, add another egg.
