The final ABV, sugar, and fat match that of Baileys Irish Cream. This simplified recipe only contains rum, cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla, but many other flavors would go well with it, including cinnamon, almond extract, coffee, and even chocolate. I used Chairman's Reserve Rum because it's flavorful and inexpensive.
