Ingredients: For the flatbread: flour, salt, bread spice blend, hot chili blend/mitmita For the chechebsa: cooking oil, berbere Avocado Instruction: 1. Prepare the mix: in a bowl, mix flour, 1/2 tsp bread spice blend, 1/2 tsp hot Chili blend /mitmita/ and 1 tsp salt. Gradually add water to create the mixture. 2. Heat a pan, add cooking oil and cook flatbread each side until golden spots appear. set aside and let it cool 3. In a pan heat cooking oil over low heat and add a spoonful of berbere 4. Tear the cooked flatbread into small bite-sized pieces 5. Add to the pan, toss until all pieces are evenly coated Avocado: 1. Cut a ripe avocado into two halves 2.
