Ingredients Bread Bowl: 1 French Round or Pain De Campagne(about 270g) Baked Brie: 1 Round Brie or Camembert cheese (270g) 1 Small onion, chopped (about 120g) 2 Garlic cloves, peeled, crushed, and diced (about 5g) 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (10ml) 2 tsp Honey (10ml) 2 tsp Herbs de Provence (6g) ½ tsp Coarse black pepper (2.5g) ½ tsp Salt for onions (2.5g) 1 tbsp Olive oil for sautéing onions (15ml)
