I will be showing you how to make super tender cube steak. This recipe is very easy and simple to follow. I seasoned the cube steak with salt, black pepper, Tony's Chachere creole season and my personal season. I also seasoned the flour and gravy with the same seasonings, it's all about building flavors. I added q stick of margarine and onions and yellow, red and orange bell peppers to the gravy, along with a little water. I cooked the cube steak half way then added it to the gravy and let it simmer for 2 hours to ensure the cube steak was super tender.
