Hi everyone! You know when you're at work or at college and you've literally got nothing to cook with or just have no time? Yet you still want a filling, healthy, high protein meal? It's not impossible. This one is an exciting one as this was an idea after having a convo with several of my co-workers and me needing them to know... you don't need to sarifice health for convenience. So I bring to you - 3 amazing meals that require literally NO cooking at all. I tried to keep these as budget friendly as well because otherwise might as well just get takeout.
