Bun Recipe | Homemade Burger Bun from Scratch Recipe INGREDIENTS:- • Luke Warm Milk - 2/3 Cup • Sugar - 2 Tbsp • Instant Yeast - 2 Tsp • All-purpose Flour - 2 Cup • Oil - 3 Tbsp • Egg - 1 • Egg ( for egg wash ) • Sesame Seeds - as required PROCEDURE :- 1. In a container put milk , Instant Yeast and sugar 2. Mix Well and set aside for 5-10 Minutes 3. In a Mixing bowl add All-purpose Flour, 2 tbsp and an egg 4. Mix Well 5. Add yeast mixture and Knead Until Smooth 6. Add 1 tbsp oil , cover it and let it rise for 2-4 Hours 7. Transfer to all-purpose Flour dusted surface and knead for 1-2 Minutes 8. Make small balls 9. Cover with damp cloth and let rise for 60-90 Minutes as 10. Give a egg wash and toss some sesame seeds on top 11. Bake in Preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 Minutes 12.
