Ingredients Bluefin trevally - 1 kg Shallots - 14 to 15 nos Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigs Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigs Malabar tamarind - 3 to 4 nos Dry red chilli - 3 to 4 nos Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp Method Today we have to prepare bluefin trevally fish curry. Firstly, we have to take a pan, add grated coconut and water. Squeeze them well with your hands. Drain then well and set aside. Then washed the peeled shallots and green chilli and set them aside. Chop the shallots and set aside. Then chop the green chilli and set it aside. Take a bowl, add malabar tamarind and water. Soak for 10 to 12 minutes. Take a plate to make a masala,add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Pour in a sufficient amount of water and thoroughly mix.  Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed and let them sputter. Add the dry red chilli and shallots and saute them well. Add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté them well.  Add the red chili masala mix and combine them well. Pour in a sufficient amount of water and thoroughly mix. Then add the soaked Malabar tamarind and salt ,mix them well. Cover and boil them well. Then add the cleaned fish and mix them well with masala. Cover and cook until the fish is well cooked. Add coconut milk, mix and cook for a few minutes. Remove from fire and set aside. Serve the tasty fish curry with boiled tapioca or meals.
