In this video, I show how I create dill pickle powder. Initially, I just wanted to create a popcorn seasoning for my grandson that doesn't contain maltodextrin, dextrose, sugar, or various hard to pronounce chemical ingredients. After I made it, though, I found that it could have a number of other seasoning uses, including dips, flavored mayo, egg salad, and deviled eggs. The total carb count is .74g per 1g of powder or about .66g per serving size of 1/4 teaspoon.
