Let it rest for about 30 mins. Place the heat over high heat and add about 1T of oil in a preheated pan. Grill all sides evenly for 1 to 2 mins. After roasting all sides of the meat evenly, reduce the heat to low heat. Cook it over low heat for about 15 mins. Step 2: Cutting vegetables. Slice the cabbage, the onions, and green onions thinly. Soak them in water for about 10 mins. After about 10 minutes, take it out and drain it. Step 3: Making fresh vegetable salad Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of vinegar, half a tablespoon of honey, half a tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1T of sesame seeds. Lastly, add 1T of sesame oil. Mix well. Step 4: Cutting grilled pork belly meat. Cut the pork belly that has been cooled down it diagonally.
