Everyone loves this easy fish and vegetable dinner. Quick and Delicious Cod Recipe Ingredients and recipe: 380g cod fillet Pat dry the fillet with a paper towel Salt Black pepper Flip over Repeat Rub in the seasonings Set aside for 15 minutes 1 potato Dice the potato Place in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil Dice 1/2 carrot Add to the baking pan 1/2 onion 1 Broccoli Wash thoroughly Olive oil Salt Black pepper Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400F/205C 1/2 cup all purpose flour Coat the fish with flour Medium heat Olive oil 1tbsp unsalted butter Fry for 5 minutes Flip over and fry for another 5 minutes 1/2 lemon Test the temperature of the fish with a thermometer Done!
