FUDGY 5-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Muffins! Just 5 wholesome ingredients required, naturally sweetened, 1 bowl, and protein-rich (12 grams protein per muffin)! 4 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup oil (avocado or melted coconut) 2/3 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups gluten-free chocolate cake mix (we used ours!) 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder (we used Sprouted Epic chocolate maca) *optional*: 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips + more for topping Bake in lined muffin tin @350F for 22-26 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
