🎄✨ Let's celebrate in style this weekend with a dish that's sure to impress – Sundried Tomato Leek Chicken Thighs. Join me in Fabio's Kitchen and let's add some serious flavor to your holiday festivities! 🍗🎅 Ingredients: 2 Chicken Thighs, boneless 2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 cup Leeks, cleaned, small dice 1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup White Wine 1/2 cup Chicken Stock 1 Tbsp. Tarragon, chopped Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Method: 1. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then, in a pan on medium high heat, add a good drizzle of olive oil. Lay thighs in skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, then remove on to a plate. 2. In the same pan, add leeks and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute, then deglaze with white wine and reduce by half. Add chicken stock and reduce by half. 3. Add chicken back in skin side up, turn to low and finish cooking chicken in the sauce. Adjust seasoning and scatter tarragon on top and around the chicken.
