Thank you for watching — let’s make your holiday table unforgettable! 🧡🍽️ Ingredients - 2lbs green beans - Chopped Bacon - 1/2 stick of butter - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1/4 cup flour - 1 cup chicken broth - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 cream of mushroom soup - 3 cup cheddar cheese - 1 Boursin cheese caramelized onion (optional) - Crispy onion - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes - 1/2 tsp thyme - Salt to taste Instructions - Prep green beans - Blanch green beans and set them aside (boil for 3 minutes then add to cold water) - In a pot over medium to high heat cook bacon until crispy - Remove bacon from the pot and Half stick of butter - Add minced garlic - Cook for one minute and then add flour - Cook flour mixture for 2 minutes then add chicken broth - On medium to low heat mix in heavy cream and cream of mushroom - Add seasonings and salt to taste - Add Boursin cheese - Mix in half of your cheese, then add half of your bacon and half of your crispy onions - Add drained green beens to cheese mixture - Add mixture to an oven safe baking dish - Top with remaining cheese, bacon and crispy onions - Bake at 350 for 25 minutes - Remove from the oven and let it rest - Serve and Enjoy ✨ Why you’ll love it: It’s nostalgic, delicious, and guaranteed to be a hit at Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, potlucks, or any cozy fall dinner. 📝 Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble your casserole the night before, refrigerate it, and bake right before serving for the perfect fresh, golden crunch. 👇 Connect With Me!
