Grind the beef, pork, and bread using a meat grinder. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat and bread, eggs, parsley, cream, salt and black pepper. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and even. 3. Cover the prepared meat mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. This will help firm up the mixture and improve the texture of the meatballs. 4. Form meatballs from the mixture. 5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 17-20 minutes, until golden brown. Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce.
