Try both sauces and let us know which one is your favorite in the comments! ❤️ Ingredients: 🔸1 medium zucchini (about 300–310 g / approx. 11 oz) 🔸 1 medium carrot (about 120–140 g / approx. 5 oz) 🔸 200–250 g peeled shrimp 🔸 1 large egg 🔸 6–7 tbsp quick-cooking rolled oats (or finely ground oats) — about 40–50 g (1.4–1.8 oz) 🔸 Fresh herbs (parsley, green onion, dill) — to taste 🔸 Salt and pepper — to taste 🔸 Oil for frying (vegetable or olive oil) 👨‍🍳 : 1️⃣ Grate the zucchini and carrot. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle lightly with salt, and let sit for 5–10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess liquid. 2️⃣ Add the egg, oats, and chopped fresh herbs. 3️⃣ Add chopped shrimp, salt, and pepper.
