Ingredients: 1 Salmon Filet ~8oz 1 oz Garlic (minced) 1 Small Shallot 2 Tbsp Fresh Chives 2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme 1 Tbsp Capers 4 Tbsp Olive oil Juice of 3 lemons 4 oz white wine 3 oz rice noodles Salt and Pepper to taste Preparation: 1. Mince fresh chives and thyme. Slice shallot. 2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. 3. Heat large skillet on medium for about 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil. 4. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Turn over and increase to high heat, scoring the skin. 5. Add white wine and lower to a simmer. Then add last 2 Tbsp olive oil.
