Using Napolina Fusilli, rich Polpa Tomatoes, and a drizzle of our Olive Oil, this dish combines tender tuna, garlic, and herbs, all topped with a golden layer of Parmigiano Reggiano. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s a simple way to bring bold, Italian-inspired flavours to your table. Makes: Serves 2 Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ingredients: 1 tbsp Napolina Olive Oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 tin Princes Tuna in brine, drained 1 tin of Napolina Polpa Tomatoes 1 tbsp Napolina Herbs and Garlic Flavour Booster 30g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated 250g Napolina Fusilli, cooked until just al dente (about 3 minutes less than pack instructions) Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for serving Method: 1. In a pan over medium heat, add Napolina Olive Oil, then the chopped onion and garlic. Cook gently until softened. 2. Stir in Princes Tuna, Napolina Polpa Tomatoes, Napolina Herbs and Garlic Flavour Booster. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for a few minutes. 3. Add the part-cooked Napolina Fusilli and mix well. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbling. 4.
