Subscribe Our Channel For More Videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCao2ujbKlXmYiwoesbVuDUw?sub_confirmation1 Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS Blanched spinach - 70 grams Green chili - 2 Garlic - 4 - 5 cloves Boiled Chickpeas - 200 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon Garam masala - 2 teaspoons Chaat masala - 1 1/2 teaspoons Bread crumbs - 100 grams Oil - for frying Coriander - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a blender, add 70 grams blanched spinach, 2 green chili, 4 - 5 garlic cloves and blend well. 2. Then, add 200 grams boiled chickpeas, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons garam masala, 1 1/2 teaspoons chaat masala and blend it into a paste. 3. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 100 grams bread crumbs and mix it well. 4. Take some mixture in your hand and make a round patty shape. 5. Heat oil for shallow frying in a pan and place the tikki in it. Cook till golden brown and flip gently and cook the other side too. 6. Garnish with coriander. 7. Serve hot with ketchup.
