La cheesecake alla nutella è un dolce facile da realizzare e goloso, ideale per un’occasione speciale o per un compleanno. Questa è una torta fredda che non necessita di cottura in forno, quindi è perfetta per la primavera e l’estate. Gli ingredienti di questa ricetta sono pochi e semplici. Bastano dei biscotti secchi, della panna e della golosissima nutella e potremo realizzare una torta buona e fresca. La cheesecake alla nutella è perfetta per essere portata in tavola come dessert, ma è ottima anche come merenda nel caldo periodo estivo. Nella ricetta di oggi vedremo insieme anche come realizzare una decorazione semplice ma di grande effetto. Io ho decorato la cheesecake con granella di nocciole e ciuffetti di panna, ma qui...spazio alla fantasia! E’ possibile decorare la cheesecake anche con con delle scaglie di cioccolato, della frutta fresca o delle piccole meringhe! Fatemi sapere se la provate, sono sicura che vi piacerà davvero tanto!
