Video Description

Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're making one of my favorite Throwback Thursday recipes of all time....the smothered pork chops....and we're making them in the air fryer!!!!! What?!!! These pork chops are super easy, super delicious, and a reminiscence of what I grew up on. Here's the recipe.... Air Fryer Smothered Pork Chops 2 pork chops 1/2 Can of cream of mushroom soup 1/8 packet of onion soup mix 1/4 C Flour Salt/Pepper Susie Q Olive Oil 1/3 C water In a ziplock bag place your pork chops, flour, and seasonings. Coat thoroughly. Place coated pork chops in a saute pan with some warmed up olive oil. Drop in and saute for about 2 minutes each side. In a casserole dish, combine cream of mushroom soup and water. Mix thoroughly. Place pork chops into mushroom soup mixture and top with onion soup mixture. Use foil to completely cover your casserole dish and Air Fry at 320 F for 20 minutes. That's it! That's all there is to it! Serve it with your favorite sides. I love these Throwback Thursday's!!! Brings back so many memories and oh are they ever yummy! They're super moist and absolutely delicious!
