Video Description
Hey Friends! This Hot Caprese Dip was so GOOD, my people were asking for the recipe! If you're looking for a hot appetizer with big flavor that comes from gooey-gooey, melty, goodness...here's your recipe! It is simple to put together to either take to your next party and finish or pop in you own oven for a pre-meal treat! Pair it with some Crostini or Crackers and everyone will be satisfied...you really should try this! Hot Caprese Dip 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes 1 tbsp Olive Oil Salt 1 Cup Sour Cream 2 tbsp Basil Pesto 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 8 oz Provolone Cheese Shredded (I used Sharp and it was SO GOOD) 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 5 cloves of Garlic - minced or pressed Fresh Basil Preheat oven to 400* - Mix cherry tomatoes with olive oil and a little salt, put on a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes. While they're in the oven, in a mixing bowl add - sour cream, pesto, parm cheese, garlic, provolone, and mozzarella and mix until well combined. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture into a square baking dish (8x8 or 9x9). When the tomatoes are finished and slightly cooled, add 1/2 on top. Then dollop the rest of the cheese mixture over top the tomatoes and gently smooth over. Top the cheese mixture with the rest of the tomatoes and either cover to bake off later or put back in overnight for 20 minutes (400*). Finsh with fresh basil and serve with crostini or crackers! Enjoy! My family really loved this appetizer, it went so well with the rest of our food, it was an amazing dinner and day! #appetizer #appetizerrecipe #caprese #roastedtomatoes #partyfood #glutenfreerecipes #homemadefood #sharetherecipe Be Blessed!
