This is a really delicious find on Cookidoo! I used the almond pulp galette recipe for the pastry and the filling is from Rataouille Galette, Thermomix Cutter recipe with a few tweaks (substitutes). I have made it twice in 3 weeks and its a bit like having a pizza, its tangy, the pastry is phenomenal and a great way to use up some almond pulp, In used a GF flour.
