Hi all We had many requests for a sweet rice recipe that uses ghee that can be used instead of our recipe that calls for margarine. Here is that quick and easy recipe for you! Ingredients 1 cup (220g) white rice 125g ghee 1 cup milk 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup sugar a few drops vanilla essence 10 green elaichi (cardamom) large cinnamon stick 1 lt water
