Easy Japanese Food that will bring a taste of Japan to your home. Ingredients: 1-2lbs of pork thinly sliced 100 ml sake 100 ml soy sauce 50 ml mirin ginger sugar onion green onion salt oil flour Method: 1 Mix your sake, ginger, sugar, mirin and soy sauce and stir until the sugar is dissolved. 2 Thinly slice your white onion 3 Lightly dredge your pork in flour shaking off any excess 4 preheat a pan over medium heat and add some neutral cooking oil 5 fry your pork 1-2 min or just until its brown 6 drain your pork on a paper towel 7 Cook your onion until brown in same pan adding salt and some oil if necessary 8 When your onion is brown add your pork back in 9 Add your sauce to finish cooking your pork 10 Reduce your sauce to desired consistency boiling off the alcohol 11 garnish with green onion and serve.
